Outbound Sales
An outbound sales team that closes the deal
Request your outbound sales quote
Most outsourced sales stops at the meeting. Somebody books it, hands it over, and your own people take it from there.
We can work that way, and often do. We can also take the whole thing. On one program our team places the call, handles the objection, completes the booking, and then calls back to add the drink and excursion packages. Where the line sits between your people and ours is your decision, not a limit on ours.

What the team owns, and what you keep
An outbound team that owns nothing is a staffing agency. One that owns everything is a risk you cannot see into. Here is the split as it actually runs.
You normally supply the list, because you know your market better than a vendor does. When you do not have one, we can build it.
Before we hire anybody, we learn your business
Most providers take a job description and start recruiting. We would rather not reinvent something that already works for you.
Before a single person is hired, we come and sit with your current team. We listen to live calls. We read the scripts you already use. We sit through the sales training you have already paid for, and we watch the workflow the way your people actually run it, not the way the process document describes it.
We want to hear the objections your buyers really raise, and hear how your best people handle them. We want to know whether this is a consultative sale or a direct one, because those need two different kinds of person.
Only then do we build the agent profile, and recruit to it.
Then there is the manager, and this is where programs are won. Your sales manager has to understand the program and be able to sell it themselves, not just report on it. They have to be able to drop onto the floor and lift the room on a slow afternoon. That person is the difference between a team that hits the number and a team that explains why it did not.
We prove it in Boise before we scale it in Guatemala
Even when a program is going to run in Guatemala City, we like to start it as a small pilot in Boise.
And one thing we will tell you before you sign rather than after. If you are a US business whose agents are in the US today, do not expect a Guatemala team to learn your product at the same speed. We hit the targets. It takes us a little longer to get there. The programs that go wrong are almost never the ones where the work was too hard. They are the ones where that expectation was never set.
STEP 1
Pilot in Boise
A small team, close to home, where we can learn your business quickly and change course in a day.
STEP 2
Prove the numbers
We test the script, the targeting and the objection handling until the results are real and repeatable.
STEP 3
Fly down and train
Our Boise team goes to Guatemala City and trains the team there. You do not pay for the travel.
The stack we work in
We work inside what you already pay for. If you have no stack, we have ours.

$30M+ a year for a cruise and resort brand
Ten agents, working outbound reservations. The list is supplied by the client and it is mostly people who started a booking and never finished it, plus past guests who are due a reason to come back.
The team calls, emails and texts, completes the booking, and then goes back for the drink and excursion packages. The client kept almost none of it. Six months to reach the number.
From bookings and premium upsells, on a long-term partnership across Bahamas, Cozumel, Caribbean and Spanish-speaking traveler segments. Read the case study

How it is priced, and how fast it starts
Priced per agent hour, the same as the rest of our work, usually with a commission incentive on top so the team has a reason to care about your number and not only your hours.
Teams start at five seats. Quote within 48 hours of the first conversation. About four weeks from signature to a live team, and the discovery above happens inside those four weeks, not after them.
Agents are our employees, working from our own buildings in Boise, Idaho and Guatemala City. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Nobody works from home and nobody is shared across clients.
Where appointment setting fits
They are different services and plenty of clients buy one without the other.
Appointment setting is where we create the appointment and somebody on your side closes it. That is how it works for insurance, mortgage, solar, and for a real estate client who wanted meetings booked with brokers they were trying to sign. If that is the shape of what you need, that is a different page and it is the one you want.
Outbound sales, this page, is where we carry the conversation further: the objection, the booking, and often the close itself.
