AI Customer Service Outsourcing

World Connection builds and runs AI-assisted customer support teams for small and mid-market companies. You get the people, the workflows and the AI systems as one program, managed by an operator who stays on the account. Nearshore in Guatemala City, onshore in Boise, US-owned since 2002.

Start with a simple conversation.

Six AI systems we build and run

Most AI customer service products sell you software and leave the operating to you. That is the hard part. A model is only as good as the knowledge base behind it, the escalation rules around it and the people who handle what it cannot.

World Connection is an outsourcing partner, not a platform. We staff the team, design the AI into the workflow, and stay accountable for the result. If the AI deflects a conversation it should not have, that is ours to fix, not a ticket you file with a vendor.

Each of the six systems below goes live inside a working support or sales operation, not as a pilot that sits beside it.

Secure AI Knowledge Bases

We ingest your SOPs, operational guides, training material and internal documentation into a private AI environment. Your team asks questions in plain language and gets answers drawn from your own material. Nothing leaves the environment and nothing trains a public model.

AGENT EFFICIENCY

AI Agent Assist

Agents get suggested answers, account context and next steps surfaced while the customer is still on the line. This is the fastest payback on this list, because it shortens handle time without changing what the customer experiences.

RESOLUTION SPEED

Conversational AI & Self-Service

We design the conversations customers can finish on their own, and the exact point where a person takes over. The handoff matters more than the bot. A customer who has to repeat themselves after a deflection is worse off than one who never used it.

SELF-SERVICE RATE

AI-Powered Tech Support

Diagnostic flows, log and error interpretation, and guided troubleshooting that help a tier one agent resolve what would otherwise escalate. Fewer escalations is usually worth more than faster ones.

FCR IMPROVEMENT

AI Sales & Outreach Workflows

Lead research, call preparation, follow-up drafting and pipeline hygiene handled by AI, so the people selling spend their time in conversations. Sales teams start at five seats, the same as every other program here.

PIPELINE GROWTH

Operational AI Consulting

If you are not ready to outsource the team, we will look at your current operation and tell you where AI earns its keep. We will say so plainly when the answer is that it does not.

CX OPTIMIZATION

CALL DEFLECTION

AHT REDUCTION

CUSTOMER RESPONSE SPEED

How a program starts

Every program follows the same three steps, and you see the numbers at each one.

We map the volume

We look at your contact drivers and separate what AI can finish from what it can only assist with. You see the split before anything is built.

40% Deflection

We build the team and the workflow together

The AI is designed into the way the team works, not bolted on afterward. A first program takes two to four weeks to stand up.

30% Lower AHT

We run it and report on it

You get the operating numbers and the owner on the call. World Connection is owner-operated and both Co-Founders are still in the business.

Pipeline Velocity

Security & Operational Governance

Built for Secure Operational Environments

We run in regulated and security-sensitive environments, so the AI meets the same bar as everything else. Access is scoped to the people and systems that need it. Your data stays inside your environment and is not used to train anything outside it.

Agent-facing AI is logged and reviewable, which matters when a regulator or a client asks how an answer was produced.

Human + AI Operations

Where contact center AI pays off, and where it does not

We will be direct about this, because most of the market is not.

Where it pays off

AI pays off on volume that is repetitive, well documented and low consequence. Order status, appointment changes, password resets, account lookups, tier one triage. It also pays off behind the scenes on agent assist and quality review, where it speeds a person up rather than replacing them.

REPETITIVE VOLUME

Where it does not

AI does not pay off on low volume, high complexity or high consequence work. A billing dispute, a cancellation save, a safety issue, an angry customer on their third contact. Those need judgment, and judgment is a person.

JUDGMENT WORK

What it costs

Our nearshore teams in Guatemala City run $9 to $18 per agent hour. Onshore in Boise is $29 to $34. Both are fully loaded, which means wages, benefits, overhead and management are already inside the number, so there is no second invoice.

Every program starts at five seats. AI design and build is scoped with the program rather than sold separately, because an AI system that is not attached to a working team is the thing we just told you does not work.
